Sam has worked hard this winter on projects for us. He made me a table and chairs folr my birthday in November. It came as a pretty good surprise. The lighter wood is a curly maple that just shimmers. The darker is one of my favorite kinds of wood, walnut. It is beautiful.
Just this last week we decided we needed to get rid of a lot of junk since we only have one spare bedroom and we need to clean some stuff out so we have room for a baby. We got rid of a desk, a table from our old computer, etc. Sam made this beautiful shelf/table. We can use our laptop on top when we have to print, the printer goes in the big slot, books on the shelves, and office supplies in the drawer.
